AMEOT, LLC is a cyber security company that provides support to various businesses in the Hampton Roads area. We are looking for candidates to facilitate field operations. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate the following:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems

  • Installs, troubleshoots and maintains software and equipment

  • Analyze and repair software failures

  • Orders and replaces parts for clients as needed

  • Determine and recommend which products and services best fit the customers needs

  • Act as lead technician and may be required to train other site personnel.

  • Respond to telephone calls and email correspondence from clients, vendors, and co-workers

  • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10 and Office 365

  • Experience troubleshooting Outlook

  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting remote connectivity and teleworking and VPN

  • Some server experience required

  • Experience with imaging and cloning operating systems

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing

  • Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations

  • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients

  • Negotiates sales and long-term contracts with clients

  • Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals

  • Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance

  • Becomes fluent in anti-virus products and services to adequately educate clients on how their products compare to the Sentry 

  • Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services

 

IT Sales Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years experience with Sales and Marketing
